 If it has been more than a couple of hours (daytime...8 hours late night) and you have not received your login information, chances are the emails went to spam or were kicked back to EC. PLEASE go to the LOGIN FOR MEMBERS page and click on the small text link under the login boxes that says, "Forgot password?" Type in the email address you used for the subscription order. IF your account has been set up already, it will send an email to you with the password. If you do not receive an email, please send a message to support@educationcreations.com. Thank you!

How can I get my password if I have forgotten it?

      Under the login box on the login page there is a small text box that says, "Forgot Password?"  Just click there and enter your account email address. The password will be emailed to you.

The login boxes are grayed out. My name is in green. How do I get back into the site?

     Under the login box there is a small text link that says, "LOG OUT" if you are logged in. Just log out, then back in.

After putting in my user name and password I get a message that says, "Your access is restricted...." Why am I restricted?

      This simply means that your password or user name has been typed wrong. Please try entering it again. If you are certain that you put your password in correctly, please contact support at support@educationcreations.com

I just paid for a subscription but didn't get my login information. When will I get this?

     The login information is not sent out automatically. Usually an order is processed right away, but at times (since I am a human being and not a corporation (smile)), I need occasional breaks for eating, stretching, and sleeping. So there can be up to an 8 hour delay in setting the account up. You will receive the full time for your account based on the time it is set up, not when the order is placed, so you will not miss any time at all. If you do not hear from EC within 10 hours, please call or write support. That usually means that the email address you provided was wrong or your email account kicked the message into spam and I did not have a phone number or other email address to contact you.

I cannot log in. What is wrong?

     Usually it is just a matter of a mistyped password or user name. The password is case sensitive, so if there is a capital letter in your password, you must enter it that way. If this is not the problem, then there is an issue at your end with cookies. Cookies must be enabled in order to enter the site. This is rare, but if this happens, please contact support for further help.
