Can't Log In? Some helpful tips!

****TIME CHANGE!!! If your computer does not show the updated time for the time change, you might not gain access to the site because of this. If you know you typed your password correctly, but it says that access is denied, please check the time on your computer. Fix it to match the time zone you are in and then reboot your computer. This should solve the login problem.****

• The login boxes are grayed out. My name is in green. How do I get back into the site?

     Under the login box there is a small text link that says, "LOG OUT" if you are logged in. Just log out, then back in.

• After putting in my user name and password I get a message that says, "Your access is restricted...." Why am I restricted?

      This simply means that your password or user name has been typed wrong. Please try entering it again. If you are certain that you put your password in correctly, please contact support at support@educationcreations.com or call 480-463-1425 to leave a message. Calls are returned within a few minutes if I am in the office, or within a few hours if I am not available. Or, you should try using a different browser. Chrome or Firefox are both good browsers.
